GRP (GLASS REINFORCED PLASTIC)

GRP (glass reinforced plastic) is a composite of tough resilient, durable plastic resin, and glass fibres. The resin is a thick substance which when activated by an appropriate catalyst, sets to a hard, brittle solid.

G.R.P is an incredibly versatile product used in many applications where aluminium or steel materials cannot meet required specifications and standards such as impact resistance and weight implications.

G.R.P panels are manufactured by combining thousands of glass strands with pigmented thermosetting UV resins. This produces immensely strong and durable panels whilst maintaining an attractive modern appearance.

G.R.P is available in several finishes: smooth, leatherette crinkle and deep crinkle.
